Job DetailWe are currently seeking applications for the role of Business Unit Lead in Salcomp PLC - the international electric & electronic manufacturing company and the market leader in smartphone adapters - that we are consulting.
Company Description:
Salcomp develops and manufactures power supplies for mobile and other electronic devices, IoT sensors based on Wirepas Mesh wireless connectivity technology, precision structural parts and modules, 5G RF parts, and magnetic materials.
Salcomp is establishing a new factory in Avcilar, Istanbul to produce mobile phones. The goal is to employ about 1500 employees. The monthly capacity for this factory will be 300 k pieces.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Provide advice and support for the company's financial and financing business activities, and participate in risk assessment, guidance, tracking and control;
2 Responsible for the company's budget management, cost management, inventory management, profit and loss analysis, cost analysis, accounting treatment, tax coordination, capital operation, audit, etc;
3 Monitor and foreboding the achievement of net profit of output value and budget;
4 Analyzed the yield/efficiency/inventory/assets/margin and other indicators of each project of the factory, and supervised the implementation of improvement;
5 Conducted cost analysis for the manufacturing process, provided weekly/monthly dimension margin and gross profit analysis, cost control and analysis report;
6 Conducted regular process and production site audit and issued audit report.
Desired Skills and SpecializationsExperience Expected:
1 Full-time bachelor degree in accounting/finance;
2 At least 5 years relevant working experience, at least 3 years management experience being financial manager in medium and large manufacturing industries
3 Good at dealing with process affairs, good learning ability, independent working ability and financial analysis ability;
4 Meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit.
