Job Definition

  • Translating annual company plans to shopper activation agenda , implementing annual activity plans in line with company and monitoring them.
  • Getting in communication with field sales team for category management, PoB, Special projects and activities
  • Establishing launch plans with category teams, informing and coordinating the sales teams, planning of display logistics, generating award/incentive campaigns and following up.
  • Analyzing, Evaluating and Monitoring Perfect Store KPI’s.
  • Being responsible from the production and allocation of displays. (budget owner of displays except prefilled ones)
  • Establishing and monitoring of merchandising criteria for in store trade activations
  • Utilizing and analyzing information sources such as Nielsen and internal data.
  • Solution oriented approach with good internal and external stakeholder relations.
  • Will be responsible for gum&candy (except bayram) categories in MT&TT channels.


  • Holding Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.)
  • B Class driving license.
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Having a good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel,Word,Powerpoint,Outlook).
  • Fluent in English (both verbally and written)
  • Having a good knowledge of Field Sales (especially traditional trade)
  • Preferable;
  • Holding Master degree qualification or equivalent certificationQualification
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Trade Marketing Function in FMCG business.
