- Translating annual company plans to shopper activation agenda , implementing annual activity plans in line with company and monitoring them.
- Getting in communication with field sales team for category management, PoB, Special projects and activities
- Establishing launch plans with category teams, informing and coordinating the sales teams, planning of display logistics, generating award/incentive campaigns and following up.
- Analyzing, Evaluating and Monitoring Perfect Store KPI’s.
- Being responsible from the production and allocation of displays. (budget owner of displays except prefilled ones)
- Establishing and monitoring of merchandising criteria for in store trade activations
- Utilizing and analyzing information sources such as Nielsen and internal data.
- Solution oriented approach with good internal and external stakeholder relations.
- Will be responsible for gum&candy (except bayram) categories in MT&TT channels.
- Holding Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.)
- B Class driving license.
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Having a good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel,Word,Powerpoint,Outlook).
- Fluent in English (both verbally and written)
- Having a good knowledge of Field Sales (especially traditional trade)
- Holding Master degree qualification or equivalent certificationQualification
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Trade Marketing Function in FMCG business.
