Job Definition
  • Daily routine & administrative tasks regarding office management,
  • Carrying out business correspondence and help in documents,
  • Preparing reports or documents,
  • To organize facilities for local top managerial and regional meetings and/or particular activities when required, including arrangement of conference halls, hotels or company's own meeting room availabilities, receiving necessary support from external agents or working independently depending on the nature of the event
  • Verbal and written translation on a variety of issues when required,
  • Fulfill these tasks within strict manner of professional confidentiality.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must,
  • A minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university,
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as executive assistant,
  • Advanced in using MS Office applications,
  • Able to work multi task with deadlines,
  • Excellent coordination, organization, planning and communication skills,
  • Able to work flexible working hours,
  • Located in İstanbul, Asia.
