 3-6 years relevant experience in direct sales and/or junior management

 Experience in Business to Business or Industrial Sales, Water Treatment or technical / mechnical
 Experience managing and motivating a medium sized team to deliver excellent results consistently for
a sustained period of time
 Skills of setting goals and their implementation and motivating the team
 Good analytical and problem solving skills
 Good interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal; comfortable dealing with all levels
of management/non-management both internally and externally to an organisation
 Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, using tablets and ‘apps’, customer relationship
management software and sales order management systems
