Job Detail

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,

· Excellent reading, writing, speaking and presentation skills in English,

· At least 2 years of work experience in construction projects,

· Knowledge of computer programs relevant to the departmental requirements including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc.), Autocad.

· Completed their military service for male candidates,

· Owner of Class B license and can actively drive

· Eager to work in a busy and fast-paced business environment

· Strong communication skills and team worker,

· Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic

Desired Skills and Specializations

· Knowledge and experience in the process of project tendering including:

- Receive, review and study of tender documents including terms and conditions, scope of work, drawings and bill of quantities and specifications with department manager

- Collect, co-ordinate the prepare of bid queries,

- Support the preparation of technical proposal and presentations.

- Attend site visits, pre and post tender meetings with the clients and consultants.

- Prepare or assist in preparing the time schedule and cash flow charts.
