Job Definition

  • Responsible for product development, packaging, pricing, positioning of the products related to his/her brands
  • Coordinate production of printed materials (packaging, catalogues, POP etc.)
  • Follows up the competition in the market and determines the pricing parity of the products and coordinates the sales team about the position of the products
  • Create ideas for communication under the brand of responsibility,
  • Create and preparing overall and annual marketing plans, budget and brand strategy for defined markets;
  • Deliver timely and cost effective product launches, covering product trainings, merchandising and trade requirements of the category
  • Coordinates the advertising strategies (both ATL and BTL) and creates campaigns, promotions and indoor&outdoor activities to increase the market share
  • Monitor key drivers of product category performance including financials, sales, profitability, marketing KPI’s, and competitor performance; and turn insights into action to ensure business growth

Qualifications

  • University graduate from one of the top universities
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Minimum 3 years experience in brand/product management
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and management skills
  • Creative, innovative, result oriented, assertive, dynamic and self motivated personality,
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
  • Good knowledge of computer skills (MS Office),
  • Preferably living on the Asian Side of Istanbul
