Maintain and update voice network diagrams and vendor information for voice network
Perform and produce root cause analysis.
Work with Third Party Providers to assist in Problem resolution of telecommunication
Coordinating with Cisco TAC (Technical Assistance Center) for escalated issues and performing
troubleshooting with TAC engineers.
Perform various tasks relating to telephony operations, installation, and maintenance.
Monitor telecommunications links and telephony devices for failures and performance
problems, and perform capacity planning.
Provide L2 support for escalated tickets from L1 engineers.

Has a minimum of 4-5 years of experience within a Cisco Unified environment.
CCNP Collaboration certified
Experience in LAN/WAN Networking, specifically on Cisco Platforms (routers, switches).
Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Have clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and should understand
functioning of voice network devices.
Have strong hands-on experience on Cisco Unified communication products:
-Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM)
-Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express (CUCME)
-Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
-Cisco Unity Express (CUE)
-Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (CUCCX)
-Cisco Unified Presence Server (CUPS)
Have In-Depth knowledge and STRONG Hands-On Experience on Cisco Voice Gateways/Voice
Signaling protocols like (H.323, MGCP, SIP and SCCP).
Have clear understanding on Telecom infrastructure protocols like (ISDN/T1/E1/BRI, Analog
No travel restrictions, both domestic and international travel, having an international sense of business.
