We are looking for a Sales Director
Suitable candidates will have a background of at least 9 years in sales and at least 5 in sales management, a track record of managing a team that achieves its sales targets and develops customer relationships strategically and opens new accounts. A desire to build and develop a business, working with respected retailers, often in English and at a world class level. The candidates will have experience and knowledge of branded and/or private label cosmetics.
Identify current and future customer needs and opportunities reflecting them in collections for targeted customers for existing and new potential customers.
Developing and managing a sales plan and strategy to meet the goals of the businessş adapting and creating opportunities to meet the challenges of the market.
Meeting planned sales and profit targets whilst developing customer satisfaction and the reputation of the company.
Tracking, reporting and developing the sales and margin performance plus developing strategy to ensure targets are achieved including alternative plans to respond to challenging market conditions.
An entrepreneurial drive and commitment to success that they share with and develop in their team.
Customers - generates trust and rapport perosnally and through their team, being able to understand and react appropriately. Helps customers understand what value our company can bring to their business, generating trust and commitment.
Team – Strong self management skills, demonstrating leadership in everything they do, developing, encouraging and providing direction for their team.

Holding Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.),
9+ years professional experience in sales, management, export and business operations.
Experience of working in English and with international companies.
