Recruıter Human Resources Consultancy - Marketing Manager

Job Definition

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our client which is operating in production sector in İstanbul.

  • Planning, developing and executing international marketing strategies,
  • Analysing the competitors’ strategies,
  • Responsible from market researches, analysis, plans, competitive marketing programs, sales enablement programs,
  • Ensuring a successful brand management and integration across channels with overall brand positioning, brand guidelines, and messaging, create and implement strategic marketing plans to reach strong brand positioning,
  • Developing relations with the embassies, consulates, press, local agencies and local authorities,
  • Managing and developing print and digital promotional campaigns for our products and projects,
  • Partner with marketing team members to translate marketing program strategies into execution: digital, design, events, lead development /campaigns, PR,
  • Manage trade shows and coordinate fair participation,
  • Schedule and lead cross-functional team meetings for exhibitions, key project milestones, and ensure various marketing members are aware of critical deadlines,
  • Responsible from product positioning in the market,
  • Executing the advertising activities of our products, internationally,
  • Establishing and maintaining a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events
  • Preparing the annual marketing budget,
  • Preparing marketing reports,
  • Participate local and international events to promote our projects, products and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Communications areas,,
  • 4-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B sectors,
  • Experienced in management of agencies,

  • Robust knowledge of digital media,

  • Sales and results oriented approach, analytic thinking,

  • Powerful representation, communication, planning, project management and organization skills, proactive approach,

  • Able to plan according to strategic marketing principles,

  • Experienced in the organizations of international congress, fair participation,

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,

  • Well-informed about international mercantile law and rules,

  • Advanced knowledge about CRM modules,

  • Experience working with all levels of employees, including management committee members, first-line managers and production employees,

  • Proven attention to detail and organizational skills required,

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint in Windows environment,

  • Creativity - ability to introduce and manage the communications channels that will deliver the plan,

  • No military obligations for male candidates.
