Reed Türkiye - Brand Manager

Job Definition

  • Developing marketing strategies in line with brand targets and realize action plans for Turkish market & abroad,
  • Managing relationships with ATL, BTL, PR and digital / social media agencies,
  • Taking active role in the preparation of 360 marketing plans,
  • Analyzing brand sales results, research, competitor and market trends, establishing and implementing campaigns,
  • Tracking the marketing budget, conducting changes where necessary, getting involved in pricing studies,
  • Planning all communication materials and promotional activities in restaurants and shopping malls in coordination with Retail Marketing Manager and Operations department and tracking the process,
  • Working in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders such as Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance teams as well as outsource agencies.

Qualifications

  • University degree from Business and/or Engineering departments,
  • Minimum 3 years of FMCG and/or retail experience in the field of "Marketing",
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brand positioning, communication and campaign management, segmentation studies,
  • Knowledge and experience in creating and developing ATL communicaton such as effective advertising and communication campaigns on different media channels in FMCG or Retail companies
  • Experience in outsource management such as; Market and Brand Research, Media Planning and Advertising Agencies
  • Hands on involvement in collaboration with agencies on brand campaigns (ATL and BTL channels), end-to-end experience from POP design to media planning,
  • Qualified to analyze market and brand research, consumer and brand objectives
  • Capability to develop annual strategic brand plans, lead innovation and get involved in product development projects and team work with other departments,
  • Previous involvement in 360 Integrated communication campaigns,
  • Enjoy dealing with “consumer journey”, "retail marketing", “food retail”
  • Curious about food culture, social media food blogs,
  • Very good command of English, MS Office applications,
  • Analytical, result-oriented, team player,
  • Advance communication and reasoning.
