Reed Turkey is looking for a “Customer Service Specialist” for its global client that operates in energy sector.

  • Customer/ price/ contracts/ cylinders/ commissions maintenance in ERP system
  • Creation of invoices (including debit/ credit notes)
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Credit control activities
  • Place/ maintain the customer order
  • Debt recovery
  • Call Center activities
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Act compliant to Linde’s Integrity criterias

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • MS Office
  • Fluent/ native level of Turkish (spoken and written)
  • Good level of English (spoken and written)
  • Customer orientation
  • ERP knowledge is a plus
