Job Definition

  • Conduct research via recruitment tools/career portals
  • Generate new research methodology to approach ideal candidates
  • Provide guidance to the client/Consultant to determine ideal candidate for assigned projects
  • Conduct telephone interviews & prepare candidate reporting
  • Manage communication among client and candidate regarding candidate agenda
  • Manage CV database
  • Display strong follow-up skills
  • Eager to get involved in A-Z project management 
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Capability to take proactive action for possible client needs

Qualifications

  • University degree, Masters in HR field will be an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably on consultancy side)
  • Advanced level of English
  • Advanced MS Office Skills
  • Military service accomplished for male candidates
  • Residient at Anatolian Side of Istanbul
