- Coordinate all OD procesess in HR Manager and Training Manager for the business
- Adaptation of all Training Calendar & Development Programs with Training Manager
- Follow up and develop On Boarding programs
- People Development Process in line with Succession Planning
- Set up and act in compliance for all HR procedure and labor laws
- Sustain daily relations with Union process
- Support HR Manager and C&B for white / blue color assosiates for renumeration items.
İstenen Yetenek ve Uzmanlıklar
- University degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar jobs,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Strong negotiating skills,
- Able to plan and organize tasks effectively,
- Analytical thinking and continuous learning and development,
- Quality-oriented, follow up and time management skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
