Reed Türkiye - Trade Marketing Manager

Job Definition

  • Continuously monitoring business metrics. (market share, sales growth, profitability etc.
  • Acting as bridge among sales and marketing/brand teams and working cross-functionally.
  • Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance.
  • Collobarating with top retailers to make plans according to category roles in their stores.
  • Conducting field visits to monitor trade promotions effectiveness.
  • Enhancing visibility in store across all channels.
  • Developing channel distribution, pricing and merchandising guidelines for the sales force and update regularly.
  • Playing key role in promoting the products in store.
  • Developing new tools and systems to improve sales capacity.
  • Improving brand visibility, volume, and value according to budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from a university.
  • 4-5 years experince in FMCG sector within related departments.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge.
  • Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis.
  • Good knowledge of financial basis.
  • Strong customer relations and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Social, dynamic, self-disciplined.
  • Teamwork oriented profiles.
  • Good organization, planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • No Military obligation for male candidates.
