Sigma Telecom - Project Manager

Job Definition

  • Participate in the definition of project scope and objectives by translating needs/requirements into detailed Project plans and involving all relevant parties and ensuring technical feasibility (hardware and software)
  • Prepare project management plans, monitor execution against prepared plans
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Perform risk and procurement management
  • Coordinate internal resources and/or third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree graduation
  • Having one of Prince2, PMP or ITIL certificates
  • Minimum 5 year of work experience in IT, Telecom and Software , in a position that requires developing/planning projects and managing project executions to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope
  • Experience in developing implementation plans that include analysis such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI)
  • Experience in establishing and executing project communication plan
  • Ability to identify need for initial or supplemental project resources and negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain these
  • Ability to identify review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs
  • Having strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Having strong planning and organization skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Completed military service for male applicants
