Our products are sold in more than 100 countries, generating a consolidated sales figure of more than 24 billion USD. We are looking for an Admin Executive for our growing organisation in Turkey.

Job Description:

Manage all Administrative duties, Accounting and HR related works including payroll administration

Act as key contact for admin/HR between Accounting and European HQ

Be able to manage and maintain independent SAP system for SCT

Be able to set up and manage good professional filing system for all documentation

Reporting to GM of SCT

Qualifications:

Administrative Education – 4 years University Graduate

Min 5 years related work experince

Excellent command of written and spoken English, any other language is a plus

Administrative and IT skills

Advance knowledge of MS Office applications

SAP knowledge and experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Priorty setting, staying on top of issues

Able to be discreet

Capable to understand and adapt to international business culture

Energetic, hardworking, with positive attitude and self motivated

An excellent team player

Able to work within this job scope for long term

Ability to work with different business groups and be a good team member

Presentation and reporting skills towards management

Proactive skills and timely delivery

Problem solving, self motivated and active learning skills

No military obligation for male candidates

Able to travel localy and internationaly

Full time work. Driving licence B Class & living at Asian part of Istanbul is preferable.
