Qualifications
Tempo Call Center is currently looking for a Call Center/Telesales Team Leader for global operations. This candidate must have previous experience with Sales Team coaching , Call Center management & Telecom Industry.
The Successful Candidate Will Be/Have
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience of managing a team within a Call Center , especially experience in the Telecom Industry
- Strong B2B & B2C sales experience
- Ability to build, manage and drive sales performance in a targeted enviroment
- Proficient in Office and CRM applications
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Energetic and result oriented
