Qualifications

Tempo Call Center is currently looking for a Call Center/Telesales Team Leader for global operations. This candidate must have previous experience with Sales Team coaching , Call Center management & Telecom Industry.

The Successful Candidate Will Be/Have

  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience of managing a team within a Call Center , especially experience in the Telecom Industry
  • Strong B2B & B2C sales experience
  • Ability to build, manage and drive sales performance in a targeted enviroment
  • Proficient in Office and CRM applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Energetic and result oriented
