Toyota Boshoku Türkiye - HR Expert

Job Definition

Ideal candidate will be responsible for various functions of Human Resources including Recruitment, Talent Management, Training & Development, Expat/Relocation Process, Employee Relations etc.

Main items will be as follows:

  • Coordinating end to end recruitment process for office employees and carrying out interviews
  • Administering corporate internship program and maintaining collaboration with universities
  • Organizing newcomer/intern orientation program
  • Planning and executing annual training calendar for office employees
  • Supporting expatriate/relocation process
  • Taking active part in all employee engagement activities (communication meetings, company morale survey, social events etc.)
  • Managing company talent management processes and succession plan
  • Taking responsibility in different HR projects across Toyota Boshoku Europe & implementing regional best practices
  • Creating ad hoc reports requested by management


We are hiring an HR Expert with below qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences / Business Administration or Industrial Engineering departments
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR role preferrably in an international environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Good team player with strong problem solving skills
  • Strong communication, planning and organizational skills with analytical approach
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projects
  • Proficient user of MS Office programs such as Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook etc.
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Living or able to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli
