Job Definition

  • Understanding and working knowledge of import and export procedures, international trade, payment, and delivery terms,
  • Following up the foreign trade operations and managing the customer relations to increase customer satisfaction,
  • Being communicated with banks for the L/C procedures,
  • Seeking, discussing, and following up the optimal prices, timing, and contracts with the transportation or shipping agencies,
  • Track and solve the problems related to delivery processes until and after the goods or services received by the customers.
  • Follow-up the invoice and payment processes,
  • Detecting potential clients and getting in contact with them on behalf of the company.
  • Following the dynamics of the industry and do a market search

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Logistics, Marketing, International Relations or other related fields,
  • Min. 3 years of experience in export, preferably in the machinery sector,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Russian,
  • Analytical minded, result-oriented, self-drive, stress-resistant, and good at teamwork.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in MS programs,
  • No obstacles for traveling and ability to organize multi trips at long distances with excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with customers,
  • Having a valid driver’s license and being an active driver,
  • Completed military obligation for male candidates.
  • Resident at Mersin.
