- Follow up CRM projects, monthly/weekly tasks and KPIs,
- Responsible for campaign setup, testing, execution and reporting,
- Analysis on customer insight and generating reports by the help of data-mining,
- Manage vendor relations and daily operation of communication tools,
- Cooperate with Customer Service and process improvement.
- University degree, MBA is a plus,
- 1-2 years of CRM and campaign management experience,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- Strong communication and analytical skills,
- Result-oriented and proactive,
- Customer-centric approach,
- No military service obligation for male candidates.
