Job Definition

  • Follow up CRM projects, monthly/weekly tasks and KPIs,
  • Responsible for campaign setup, testing, execution and reporting,
  • Analysis on customer insight and generating reports by the help of data-mining,
  • Manage vendor relations and daily operation of communication tools,
  • Cooperate with Customer Service and process improvement.



  • University degree, MBA is a plus,
  • 1-2 years of CRM and campaign management experience,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Good command of MS Office applications,
  • Strong communication and analytical skills,
  • Result-oriented and proactive,
  • Customer-centric approach,
  • No military service obligation for male candidates.
