Job Definition

  • To prepare and publish annual staff budget for month, 3 months, 5 years,
  • To make the 3 months budget estimates and reporting to the Finance Function,
  • To follow up  budgeting and reporting for HR Function in different parts (staff training, recruitment, social activities etc.)
  • To report global HR KPI for company and abroad,ensure the continuation of the necessary infrastructure,
  • To improve efficiency in HR Function and to support the automation project, accordingly it reports and the design of the system,
  • To ensure the flow of management information about Staff interest in acquiring all management decisions,
  • To prepare Monthly Reporting Human Resources Kit (Turnover, Disabled quota, Sickness Absence Rate, Internal Succession Rate),
  • To carry out Human Resources projects (Employee Engagement Project) with abroad,




  • Bachelor's degree from industrial Engineering, business administration, economy, statistics or other related departments,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similiar position,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Highly capable of using Excell,
  • Experience on ERP applications and/or HR software packages,
  • Enjoys working with numbers, analyze and interpret the numerical data in a complicated state,
  • Strong reporting and analyzing skills,
  • Dominate the business process of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and knowing the software language such as SQL,
  • Preferably, dominate to budgeting and reporting tools who have worked in the finance department or the relevant infrastructure,
  • Keep up with the intense pace of work,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.
