We are looking for Customer Representatives to join our Game Support Customer Services team for our client, Peak Games.

Our team of Customer Representatives is responsible for any kind of support for the users during their gaming experience.


  • Deep interest in Mobile Gaming
  • Native or fluent English language skills
  • Excellent in written communication skills in English and Turkish
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of characters
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Motivated team player with positive attitude
  • Able to work in shifts and flexible hours
  • Living in Istanbul European side
  • No military obligation or at least 2 years of postponement for male candidates
