Field mission:

Our Patient Coordinators/Translators are customer advocates, always informing and explaining about the desired treatments in the hospital. The specialist shapes the medical experience, organizes the hospital and assists patients during consultation.

Job Description:

The candidate will be working in the hospital for international patients,

· Assisting patients and translating necessary information to patients and doctors,

· Guiding patients from hotel to hospital and clinic,

· Arranging the consultation with the doctor,

· Arranging the transfers from hotel to hospital or clinic,

· Using our online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system,

· Explaining clearly the required information to the patients,

. Problem solving, taking initiatives when it comes to unexpected measures,

· Being in contact with Sales Team and Coordination Team,

· Other tasks given by management

· Advanced level of English and French is a must,

. Having a medical background will be an asset but is not compulsary. (eg. Nutritionist, Life Scientist),

· Great communication skills,

· Advanced negotiation skills,

· Very good organizational skills,

· Good listener and and good narrator who clearly explains details with confidence and friendliness,

· Able to communicate easily with the patients ,

· Energetic and passionate,

· Maintaining good dialogue with patients, while they are in Turkey and after they return home,

· Ability to give weekly / monthly reports to management about patients.
