Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze brand expectations and ensure the development of aligned collections,

• Evaluate and manage pricing structures to meet target profit margins while addressing customer sensitivity to pricing,

• Ensure that collections are created on time, at the right price point, and with the expected level of quality,

• Guide and collaborate with supplier design teams throughout the development process,

• Monitor fashion trends and contribute to product development by directing design teams with a strong commercial perspective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments,

• Proven experience in textile purchasing and manufacturing,

• Preferably knowledgeable in purchasing processes and supplier relations in men's apparel,

• Familiarity with buying systems and ability to prepare range plans is a plus,

• Strong awareness of fashion trends,

• Focused on quality, cost, and delivery deadlines,

• Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented approach,

• Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up abilities,

• Proficient in both written and spoken English,

• Competent in MS Office applications,

• Willing and able to travel as needed,

• Flexible and adaptable to non-standard working hours.
