Guest Relations Supervisor Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all guest relations processes at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Sultanahmet within our organization.
  • Communicating with guests through written or verbal channels.
  • Acting as a communication bridge between departments and guests.
  • Managing guest complaints.
  • Collecting and reporting guest feedback.
  • Maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Specializations

Qualifications:

  • Preferably experienced in tourism/hospitality.
  • Proficient in English and preferably knowledgeable in a second foreign language.
  • Must be quality and guest satisfaction-oriented, detail-oriented, efficiency-focused, open to collaboration and learning.
