The Ritz Carlton Vienna - Director Of Engineering
Job DetailIn this executive position you are responsible for the immaculate condition of the hotel and all safety facilities. You will independently lead the Engineering Department and directly report to our Director of Operations and the Area Director of Engineering.
By contributing your expertise you are in charge of both developing and overseeing the strategy for the hotel's technical systems and Engineering Department as well as prepare and adhere to the Engineering budget. As part of the Guidance Team, you will be the direct point of contact for internal and external concerns (hotel owners, contractors, service contracts, etc.).
As the Director of Engineering and together with your team you ensure optimal operations. You create an effective deployment plan for your team and are responsible for setting strategic projects as well as performance and development goals for the Ladies and Gentlemen in the Engineering Department.
Desired Skills and Specializations-
Several years of professional experience in Engineering and Hospitality

High proficiency in both spoken and written English, German advantageous
