Job DetailOur client is an organic dermo-cosmetic products producer. Now we are looking for a Product Manager who will work at Çamlıca, Üsküdar.
Job Description
• S/he will be responsible for supplying products and sales in the category and manage the trading process
• S/he will lead the Sales Team and define the brand vision and analyze the competition.
• S/he will be responsible profitability of the portfolio
• The person will have a key role for new product development process in line with the trends and unmet consumer needs
• Will lead marketing activities and prepare product performance reports
• S/he will prepare and product demonstration content
• The person will submit PIF files to regulatory authorities and follow up the process.
• S/he will actively run product demonstration to Sales Team, Doctors and Pharmacists
Desired Skills and SpecializationsThe Profile
• Graduated from Chemistry, Pharmacy or Engineering departments of universities.
• Having an MBA degree will be a strong asset
• Minimum 3 years of experience in OTC and Cosmetic sectors.
• Have experience in doctor and pharmacy channel
• Has strong analytic and convincing skills
• Self-confident and have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in English
• Have driver license and actively uses car
• No barrier for business travelling.
