Our client is a dermo cosmetics company focused on mother and child care. Now we are looking for a high caliber Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible to present these products to pharmacy, e-commerce and retail channels.

Job Description

• Define target markets (cosmetics and food) for the products
• Developing brand building journey
• Defining strategy for pharmacy, national markets, cosmetic shops and e-commerce
• Building sales, marketing and product management teams.
• Defining pricing strategy
• Hiring
  • Sales Team National Markets and Cosmetic Shops
  • Sales Team for Pharmacy channel
  • E-Commerce Executive
  • Product Manager

• Graduated from a reputable university,
• Minimum 10 years of experience and have a success story behind for one of cosmetics, FMCG, OTC products or organic food sectors
• Having a start-up success story will be a strong asset
• Excellent communication skills are required with a strong commitment to success
• Strong self-motivation and high level of energy
• Have experience for building a successful sales team from scratch
• Outstanding leadership skills, fluent in English.
• No barrier for travelling business purposes.
