Genba is a leading Green Energy company operating in the Wind, Solar & Hybrid Renewable Energy systems in the sector since 1997. The company has successfully completed numerous renewable energy projects and provides a wide range of services such as on-site assembly of manufactured parts, installation, operation, measurement of wind and solar poles, system design, OEM parts assembly and maintenance of wind turbines.
Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Wind Turbine Sales professional to join our team in Balıkesir, Turkey as a full-time hybrid role, while the candidate should ideally be based in Balıkesir, and will have the flexibility to work remotely. The primary responsibility of the Wind Turbine Sales professional will be to develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify opportunities to promote and sell low to medium wind speed turbines to existing and prospective customers, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience with proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Thorough knowledge of the wind energy market.
Experience with the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and creating and delivering proposals and presentations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and verbal
Availability for worldwide travel
Able to drive actively
Responsibilities:
Building and maintaning customer relationship, generating leads and following them,
Preparing annual sales budget and taking actions to realize the targets,
Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of sales, proposals, offers and activities
Participating in local and international exhibitions, B2B meetings,
Creating ideas for social media posts to support sales activities,
Representing the company in ethical manner,
