• To prepare the long and short term production plans according to the budget, forecast and customer orders, keep the plans up to date and follow their implementation, plan material requirements with the consideration of raw material and packaging qualifications, machine capacities, stock levels of product acceptance warehouses and other aspects to be considered (public holidays, weather conditions, transportation, season factors, price increases etc.) and preparing these plans with scheduling and planning systems like SAP,SAP PPDS,IBP etc.
• To foresee all the possible restrictions such as capacity, personnel, purchase and procurement which could affect the long/ short term line plans and material requirement plans and take the necessary actions.
• To open/ ensure the opening of a purchase request via SAP. Work in coordination with the purchasing team for the purchase orders to reach the facility within the due date
• To follow, measure and improve the Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI) which belongs to Supply Planning Department (stock-day numbers, inert and excess inventory, stock out ratio etc.)
• Complete the related tasks to ensure the S&OP processes are carried out properly
• Supply on time with optimum stock levels, to prevent the risk of being out of stock, by preparing efficient production plans.
• Work for cost reduction studies and follow up the execution of cost reduction studies.
• For the new product study, provide the necessary raw material and packaging supplies for the production phase via getting information about monthly sale targets from the Demand Planning Department authorities and work according to the target.
• To attend the System Development Projects which are related to supply department, to provide support for its implementation, work closely with the unit authorities to execute the actions which aims to ensure the modules of production, material management in SAP are working smoothly and manage the activities to reform and improve processes, follow the reports from the SAP, BO and BW systems, take necessary actions and keep them up to date.
• To attend meetings about the related customer category when necessary and represent the department. Prepare the instructions and procedures about the own unit.
• Work CAPEX and assist the productions to determine the needs

• Minimum 10 years of “supply chain production planning” experience
• Experience in FMCG or a similar industry.
• University degree in engineering
• Understanding of sales and operations planning process and experience in managing supply reviews as part of the S&OP cycle.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
• Focus on the quality of work and continuous process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience with SAP MM module and MRP.
• Fluency in English is required.
• IBP and PPDS experience will be an asset
