• Managing the Noise and Vibration laboratory team,
• Responsibility of the Noise/Vibration test activities for improving and checking Noise & Vibration Performance,
• Being charge of the test for the control of the Noise & Vibration performance at all the stage of a new project such as Prototype, Technical pre series and Industrial pre series,
• Collaborating with the quality aspect,
• Planning, conducting and analyzing the results of experimental activities and finding new solutions,
• Managing the reporting for internal company functions and external entities (Authorities, Customers).

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (MSc and/or PhD are plus)
• At least 5 years’ experience in NVH test activity (development and control)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Having advanced MS Office programs knowledge (Esp. MS Excel, Powerpoint, Minitab), preferably experience in data structures, database management and data analysis,
• Dynamic, team player, problem solving, having good communication and enacting skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Will be resident in Eskişehir.
