For our Team in İstanbul we are currently looking for support as
Customer Service Agent (m/f/d)
Overview of tasks:
· Handling inbound calls for a telecommunication brand
· Information forwarding, information and complaint management, technical support
· Up- and Cross-selling
We are looking for:
· Fun at the customer support and empathic procedure in the processing of diverse customer requests
· Great communication skills with a very good knowledge in English in spoken form
· Routines with common PC and Internet applications
· Goal-oriented and independent way of working
· Flexibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
· Confident an friendly appearance
