    Transaction Support provides clients with the financial and strategic transaction assistance to ensure the success of their transaction.  Our TS teams assist clients throughout the entire transaction process.   While traditional financial due diligence is a key element of the service, TS is much broader, incorporating transaction management, negotiation and documentation, and post-completion integration.

     

    In your role as a TS Manager you will have responsibility for\:

    • Strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related field

    V&BM Manager is responsible for undertaking and managing valuation and business modelling assignments in compliance with organization’s policies and procedures, supervising the project team, providing guidance in the production of written file notes, letters, presentations and reports, formulating views on value and consulting with senior managers, directors and partners by presenting conclusions.
     
    V&BM Manager role is active in specifying, designing and building intermediate/complex business models by performing detailed reviews of financial models with little or no supervision and supervising the team working on the review. This role is also active in establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships, and make sure that work delivered to the client is of high quality, anticipating and identifying risks on the assignment and dealing with them appropriately. In addition, V&BM Manager is assist in the development and marketing of new products and solutions, and builds relationships with external clients and within the firm.

    Aranan Nitelikler

    As Performance Improvement Senior, you’ll contribute technically to client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements, and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior members of the team.
     

    • Participate in PI engagements
    • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress
    • Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
    • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
    • Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Advisory Services and with other services across the organization
