QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

At Contempo Carpet, we are looking for Industrial and Textile Engineers to be assigned to our factory in Isparta. The ideal candidates will play an active role in monitoring and improving production processes and must have an excellent command of English.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and carry out efficiency improvement activities,
• Support process improvement, production planning, and quality control efforts,
• Prepare technical reports and share them with relevant departments,
• Communicate with international business partners in English and follow up on related processes,
• Conduct data analysis related to production and report findings to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering
• Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Preferably experienced in production or process improvement
• Strong analytical thinking, team-oriented, and open to development
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Residing in Isparta
