We are looking for an environmental engineer, experienced in wastewater/potable water treatment plants, desalination and solid waste projects, to carry out the following tasks:

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of national and international tender documents

• Manage and oversee ongoing projects within the scope of environmental engineering

• Ensure effective communication and reporting with employers, consultants, and project stakeholders

• Guarantee compliance with environmental legislation, regulations, and international standards

• Provide technical guidance to project teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the environmental engineering field

• Solid experience in international tender processes (FIDIC, EU, World Bank contracts, etc.)

• Proven track record in managing environmental infrastructure projects (wastewater treatment plants, water supply systems, solid waste facilities, etc.)

• Excellent command of English (knowledge of German, French, or Russian is an asset)

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software

• Strong communication and leadership skills, result-oriented, and a team player

• Willingness and flexibility to travel when required
