Job Description- To consistently monitor and manage the production sequence of all beverage items and the bar service flow.
- To deliver products and services in line with company standards, ensuring a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- To be responsible for the setup, organization, and efficient operation of an assigned bar station/section.
- To provide service to guests by taking orders and promoting the restaurant’s food and beverage offerings.
- To offer recommendations to guests and prepare wine selections and creative cocktail options based on guest preferences.
- Strongly focused on delivering a high level of guest service
- Compliant with personal grooming and hygiene standards
- Previous experience in a similar position or within the hospitality industry
- Good command of the English language
