- Responsible for the implementation of cleanliness, order, and standards
- Responsible for the preparation and operation of events and promotions in the outlets
- Effectively handling and following up on guest complaints
- Increasing sales by training team members on new sales methods
- Monitoring and controlling the appearance of team members
- Strongly focused on delivering a high level of guest service
- Compliant with personal grooming and hygiene standards
- Previous experience in a similar position or within the hospitality industry
- Good command of the English language
