Delta by Marriott Istanbul Levent looking for a Front Office Receptionist serving Marriott brands is always

  • You will be responsible for check-in and out of our guests, processing payments and working with all departments to ensure our guests have the most enchanting stay and leave our hotel with lasting memories. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and a natural ability to engage with people in a personalised way.
  • And also assist guests with check-out including, but not limited to, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, accepting and recording various forms of payment, converting foreign currency, making change and processing gift certificates and cards.
  • You will be responsible for Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information including, but not limited to, room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, the local area and other general product knowledge and answer guest questions and inquiries.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Tourism and Hotel Managemet or High school diploma required,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as receptionist in an hotels
  • Dynamic and hands -on approach
  • Analytical thinker
  • Fluent in english
  • A good team player
  • Knowledge of OPERA is preferred
