We are looking for a "Commercial Finance Associate" with below requirement for our multinational company who are about the energy industry.

• Identify, gather, and analyze relevant information to assess credit risk on Company’s existing and prospective turnkey EPC partners globally
• Be mentored by Senior Commercial Finance Manager to further develop your analytical skills
• Perform preliminary credit analysis to support ratings, research, analytical outreach and presentations, following guidance provided by Senior Commercial Finance Manager
• Develop working knowledge of Company’s risk assessment methodologies in order to apply to credit analysis
• Demonstrate the ability to understand and identify key factors that affect credit profiles under full supervision and guidance from Senior Commercial Finance Manager
• Support credit monitoring/surveillance of issuers by e.g. preparing data for surveillance, periodically updating preliminary components of analysis, and initiating/escalating deeper credit reviews when necessary
• Perform certain routine administrative and other ad hoc credit-related tasks
• Preparing financial spreadsheets and charts, analyzing data and financing statements, running models and tools, and writing analytical commentary
• Identifying trends in data and use analytical ability, applying judgement to form well thought out credit conclusions
• Gather market intelligence: track company news, industry trends and macro-economic developments

• A bachelor or master’s degree in economics/finance with an excellent academic record
• 3+ years of work experience in banking (credit risk, commercial lending or credit research) or M&A
• Comprehensive knowledge of credit risk analysis techniques and methodologies as well as financial modeling skills
• Good knowledge of energy and/or infrastructure sectors
• Having excellent knowledge of financial statement analysis from various jurisdictions is important
• Detail oriented with strong analytical, intuitive investigative and reporting skills
• High integrity team player with proven ability to execute in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills along with ability to multitask
• Strong sense of urgency and able to perform well under pressure
• Flexible to meet tight deadlines
• Highly proficient in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
