• Provide leadership and direction to the organization, build and drive continuous improvement on the level of service, process, policy and HR system for the company's long-term sustainable growth.
• Gather market intelligence: track company news, industry trends and macro-economic developments,
• Preparing financial spreadsheets and charts, analyzing data and financing statements, running models and tools, and writing analytical commentary,

• A bachelor degree,
• 8+ years of work experience in fleet management,
• Detail oriented with strong analytical, intuitive investigative and reporting skills,
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability,
• High integrity team player with proven ability to execute in a dynamic environment,
• Team playerwith strong leadership vision,
• Strong communication and organizational skills along with ability to multitask,
• Highly proficient in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word,
• Strong written and verbal communication both in English and Turkish,
