Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced “General Manager” for our fast-growing client in the automotive fleet sector.
- Provide leadership and direction to the organization, build and drive continuous improvement on the level of service, process, policy and HR system for the company's long-term sustainable growth.
- Gather market intelligence: track company news, industry trends and macro-economic developments,
- Preparing financial spreadsheets and charts, analyzing data and financing statements, running models and tools, and writing analytical commentary,
- A bachelor degree,
- 8+ years of work experience in fleet management,
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, intuitive investigative and reporting skills,
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability,
- High integrity team player with proven ability to execute in a dynamic environment,
- Team playerwith strong leadership vision,
- Strong communication and organizational skills along with ability to multitask,
- Highly proficient in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word,
- Strong written and verbal communication both in English and Turkish,
