IKEA - MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - IKEA BAYRAMPAŞA

We are looking for Management Trainees who are willing to make a career in retail sector. 

During one year management trainee programme, trainees will work in different departments of IKEA Bayrampaşa Store. Working on the shop floor and facing real customer experience is the challenge. Trainees will be included in the shift program which may require working in the evening shift and on weekends. Passion for retail is a must. 

• University graduate preferably in the fields of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economy departments
• Fluency in English
• Advanced command of MS office applications
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• A good team player with outstanding communication skills
• Eager to learn and share knowledge with people
• Set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines
• Willingness and potential for learning and development
• Interest in retail sector
• Male candidates must have completed their military service
• Preferably open to location changes among IKEA Stores for career opportunities
