Teleperformance Turkey has an exciting opportunity for an At Home Advisor to work.

You will fulfill a customer service position for one of Teleperformance’s clients. Working in a collaborative and engaging virtual environment, you will be the eyes and ears for our team fielding customer inquiries or selling appropriate solutions and finding ways to respond from the comforts of your own home. You will be required to communicate with customers and your managers via telephone, e-mail, video and /or chat.
Working from home means you suit a specific profile in which you are a trustworthy, independent employee with a large amount of discipline. Furthermore, An ‘At Home Advisor’ is confident, accurate, ambitious, flexible and well organized. However, when dealing with more complex matters, an ‘At Home Advisor’ is not afraid to contact a supervisor for help.

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
• Provide excellent customer service support through active listening on every interaction
• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries by building excellent affair & confidence, identifying their needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively


• Advanced level on German,
• Minimum to work 40 hours per week,
• Living in Turkey,
• Mastering advanced communication skills,
• 6 months Customer service experience minimum
• Good at analytical thinking, customer satisfaction-oriented,
• Have self-motivation and innovative,
• Ability to work independently with high stress tolerance,
• Good computer skills.

• Reliable and wired high-speed Internet service provider
