Background Doctors Worldwide Turkey (DWWT) is an international humanitarian aid organization aimed to provide support to communities in need through sustainable medical relief and health based development. By linking medical expertise with cultural knowledge and values, the organization has undertaken numerous projects across Asia, Middle East, Central America and Africa. With support of EU Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection (ECHO), Doctors Worldwide Turkey (DWWT) provides primary health care (PHC) and psycho-social support for refugees in İstanbul. In order to strengthen the structure of the project and to be able to achieve the specific objectives of the intervention, DWWT requires the services of a Healthcare Coordinator. He/she will be under the overall supervision of the Field Coordinator and will work in coordination with the rest of staff of the Project Department. 2. Duties and Responsibilities TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Properly assess, refer and accompany beneficiaries in need of physical/mental health treatment/support to specialized services. Collaborate with members of an inter-disciplinary team to meet the needs of the individual and the population as a whole. Engage the member, collect relevant physiological/psychosocial information to assist in completion of the assessment, taking into account the cultural and linguistic needs of each member Engage with the member in a variety of settings to establish an effective, professional relationship. Settings for engagement include but are not limited to; hospital, provider office, community agency, member’s home and contact information Participate in the identification and prioritization of the individual’s care management needs and goals in collaboration with the members and caregivers. Gather information to identify and manage barriers to achievement of care plan goals Educate the member and other stakeholders about community resources, etc. Evaluate beneficiary satisfaction through open communication and monitoring tools. Regular travel to conduct member visits, provider visits and community based visits as needed to ensure effective administration of the program. Prepare weekly work plan and organize his/her schedule in order to complete task in an appropriate manner. Perform any other tasks related to the program when required. Participate in internal meetings.

Good coordination and communication skills are a key factor to this position. Excellence in organizing, planning and prioritizing tasks. Ability to identify strengths and weakness and in proposing shared solutions for the continuous improvement of providing quality services. Strong ability to observe, analyse, report and take initiative. Ability to work with a team as well as to work independently. Ability to seek, collect, and critically analyse data and information needed to achieve the tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft word and excel. Strong interpersonal relation and communication skills are mandatory Experience in health promotion, organisation and implementation is expected, with at least 1 year professional experience Ability to travel and relocate if requested. 4. Selection Criteria Experience in Case Management or similar positions. (25%) Experience in NGOS and in public health programs. Background Doctors Worldwide Turkey (DWWT) is an international humanitarian aid organization aimed to provide support to communities in need through sustainable medical relief and health based development. By linking medical expertise with cultural knowledge and values, the organization has undertaken numerous projects across Asia, Middle East, Central America and Africa. The current project funded by the World Health Organization and in coordination with the Ministry of Health aims to prepare Syrian doctors and nurses to work within the Turkish medical system in order to increase access to health care by Syrian refugees in a culturally and language responsive manner. In order to strengthen the structure of the project and to be able to achieve the specific objectives of the intervention, DWWT requires the services of 3 Facility Supervisors for Migrant Health Training Center (MHTC) to be located in Istanbul, Gaziantep and Şanliurfa. They will be under the overall supervision of the Project Coordinator and will work in coordination with the rest of the Project staff. 2. Duties and Responsibilities Each Facility Supervisor will report to DWWT’s Project Coordinator and will support the Ministry of Health in the Management of the Migrant Health Center. He/she will be responsible for the following tasks: Center Activity Management Manage day to day activities, logistics and administrative issues of the MHTC Clinics; Ensure the implementation of all the activities and provide response to all requirements and needs at the field level; Coordinate and supervise the work of DWWT staff assigned to the MHTC; Assist when required in HR management: service description, recruitment, induction and trainings; Assist MHTC manager in implementing and keeping up to date Internal Regulations and HR’s administrative issues; Ensure smooth communication with Ministry of Health manager and other personnel in charge of the center, regularly updating DWWT Project Coordinator; Lease with other partners and institutions at field level when requested. Aministration and Logistic With appropriate authorization, follow the execution of the purchase of supplies and arrange delivery in a timely and cost effective manner for logistics hubs; Liaise and co-ordinate with admin team and all relevant departments regarding the requisition, follow up and delivery of goods and keep all parties fully informed of any changes; Manage cash advances for procurements and purchases, when requested, keeping control of receipts, invoices and cash/bank balances; Contribute to guarantee the respect of norms and procedures following donor’s regulations and DWW internal policies; Perform any other duties and tasks that DWWT Management may assign. Reporting Contribute to maintain the accountancy of the project in coordination with the administration team; Prepare accurate reports daily, monthly and periodically as requested by the Project coordinator and admin team.

Candidate’s Profile Education and Experience University Degree in Economics, Administration, Health or related field; At least 4 years’ experience in administrative and logistic roles (2 in a supervising position) in an NGO setting; Experience in Health sector is a plus; Experience in coordination of teams with different cultural background; Proved experience in supply chain management, procurements, warehousing and stock control; Experience with international donors (EU, UN) procedures and guidelines is a plus; Ability to understand the local cultural and political environment and to work with the public sector; Computer proficiency, MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based management systems required; Fluency in English and Turkish (Arabic is an asset), and capability to translate both languages. Personal Skills Team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective relationships with people of different backgrounds; Strong analytic and synthesis capacity; Ability to work independently, prioritize and to deal with pressure; Availability to travel and relocate if requested; Ability to cope with difficult security contexts; Clear commitment in the project thematics. 4.
