You can be our new star; who will work at Reisswolf Turkey, which was founded in Hamburg in 1985 and has been providing services in more than 80 locations, primarily in Europe, and consisting of 100 thousand additional units for more than 30 years, and has international experience in archiving and hardware management.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
This role focuses on aggressively identifying and securing new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with a proven track record of closing deals, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for winning new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a hunter sales role with no accounts provided
Proactively hunt, identify, prospect, and engage potential new clients across target
markets and industries.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed aggressive sales
targets.
Conduct in-depth research on prospects to tailor solutions that address their unique
business needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and
closing.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting with accuracy.
Required Skills and ExpertiseBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on hunting
new business.
Strong knowledge of software development, cloud, ERP/CRM or digital solutions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
