DoubleTree by Hilton İstanbul Gayrettepe - Sales Coordinator

• Handle incoming sales inquiries from potential clients, corporate accounts, and event organizers via phone, email, or in person.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Coordinate group bookings and event arrangements with relevant hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, etc.) to ensure seamless service.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, maintaining sales files.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, room types, packages, and promotional offers to clients.
• Assist in organizing hotel tours or site inspections for prospective clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support efforts to increase hotel revenue and occupancy.
• Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with the hotel’s guest satisfaction standards and corporate policies.

• Graduated from a relevant university program (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in English reading, writing, and comprehension
• Strong guest-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Well-developed organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
• Professional demeanor with a sales-oriented approach
