We are seeking Agricultural Engineers to join our Inspection Department as Inspectors (Kontrolör).

This role involves frequent travel within Türkiye and occasionally abroad, ensuring compliance with organic and sustainable agricultural standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize inspection schedules for assigned clients.
• Conduct on-site inspections/audits according to standards and internal work instructions.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and submit them to the certification department within deadlines.
• Act as the main contact person for assigned clients and follow up on their requests.
• Ensure compliance with organic and sustainable certification standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering (Ziraat Mühendisliği) (mandatory)
• Valid B-class driving license and actively driving (preferred)
• Availability for frequent travel, including field visits in rural areas. (mandatory)
• Experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001) (preferred)
• Authorized inspector for organic and sustainable standards (highly preferred)
• Previous inspection/audit experience (preferred)
• Proven experience in a work environment is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Resilient to frequent field travel requirements.
• Strong organizational, reporting, multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work with clients and partners worldwide, respectfully and confidentially.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Balçova: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's Agricultural Engineering Degree (Required)

Experience:

• inspection or auditing: 1 year (Preferred)
• agricultural fieldwork: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• TR Organic, TSE, EU Organic, NOP, JAS, Korea, Bio Suisse, GlobalG.A.P, Fairtrade, Naturland (or equivalent valid authorizations for organic/sustainable standards) (mandatory)
• ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems training certificates (Preferred)
• ISO 14001 or ISO 22000 training certificates (Preferred)
• authorization for organic/sustainable standards (Preferred)
• B-class driving license (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
