Ankara HiltonSA is looking for an Executive Housekeeper to join our team.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across guest rooms, public areas and related hotel areas.
• Plan, organize and supervise the daily activities of the Housekeeping team.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Identify training and development needs of Team Members and support their continuous development.
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget, monitor costs and maintain effective inventory control.
• Manage linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies and operational equipment.
• Monitor the condition of furniture, fixtures and equipment and coordinate necessary actions.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton standards, health and safety requirements, fire regulations and emergency procedures.
