Aker Mağazacılık - Export Specialist

Job Definition

  • Plan, prepare and process export activities,
  • Maintain regular contact with all international customers by customer visits, demonstrations and negotiations,
  • Attends international exhibitions both as an exhibitor and/or visitor,
  • Focuses on market research, finding new customers, new markets and new opportunities,
  • Need to have consumer oriented spirit with service as a priority in order to establish a personalized relationship with the client,
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.


  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position,
  • Knowledge of export procedures and regulations will be an asset,
  • Advanced level of English both written and verbal. Additional languages will be an advantage (Preferably German, French, Arabic and Russian),
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications,
  • No restrictions for travelling to abroad,
  • Positive and resilient attitude,
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively,
  • Great teamwork skills,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
