Job Description-To have responsibility to lead major projects in terms of all necessary manufacturing activities in order to guarantee proper launch.
-To have responsibility to guarantee correct achievement of manufacturing KPI’s inside the projects like timing, OEE, efficiency, quality. (for New Tumble Dryer factory and further projects)
-Coordinating an operational team consisting of factory and central engineers,in order to design and implement the best layout with lean manufacturing principles, optimizing work processes and establish efficient production management including:
- To optimize material flow (internal/external),to increase production flexibility and reduce inventories.
- To Increase equipment availability and flexibility and reduce maintenance cost.
- Knowledge of cold metal deformation processes and automation
- To Improve product quality and ensure zero-defects forwarding.
- Establish efficient product and process designs and ensure high quality.
Required Skills and Expertise· Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
· Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position,
· Excellent command of MS Office applications
· Strong communication skills
· Fluent in both written and verbal english
· No military obligation for male candidates
· Must have strong leadership and communication skills
· Must have demonstrated ability to manage project / process improvement and guide team to successful completion of task.
· Strong lean manufacturing principle knowledge and time&method practice are mandatory requirements.
· Living or willing to live in Eskişehir
